Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a pottery workshop, purchasing ceramics from our shop, or using our studio facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Our studio provides an artisan environment dedicated to the craft of pottery, and we expect all attendees to respect the space, the equipment, and each other.

2. Workshop Bookings and Cancellations

All pottery workshop bookings must be paid in full to secure your place. Due to the limited capacity of our studio and the preparation required for clay and tools, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the workshop will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are strictly non-refundable.
  • If the studio must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

3. Studio Protocol and Firing

Working with clay involves specific technical processes. While we take every precaution during the drying, glazing, and firing stages, ceramics are inherently fragile. The studio is not liable for pieces that crack, break, or explode during the kiln firing process. Participants are responsible for cleaning their wheels and tools at the end of every session.

4. Shop Purchases and Returns

Our shop features handmade, artisan ceramics. Due to the handmade nature of these items, slight variations in glaze, size, and texture are expected and celebrated. We accept returns on unused, undamaged shop items within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
